Please email first for availability. We are a small family garden and are limited in what we can grow. Please decide what you want before you send an order, as looking up availability for 20 cultivars, and then having it cut down to just a few, takes a lot of time for us.
Shipping will go by weight and volume. Please include your address with zip code when you send an email to inquire about availability.
We are using UPS mainly after losing 2 orders to USPS.
We accept paypal, checks and money orders. Checks and money orders MUST be made out to Elaine Seifert. Our bank will not accept checks made out to Petal Pusher Daylilies.
BONUSES ARE OF OUR CHOICE AND MAY OR MAY NOT BE INCLUDED.
Since we are zone 5, shipping can only be done May through the end of September. Most likely we will start in MID MAY, as we are not past frost until then.
We do not ship plants internationally.
Orders must be paid within 2 weeks of ordering, or other arrangements made for payment. I will gladly accept payments!
We cannot hold anything that hasn't been paid within the allotted time.
We can not be responsible for winter loss. We are a small garden and have limited varieties. Many that we buy take 3-4 years to have some increase to sell. If you are not happy with your order, do not plant. Send it back immediately for a refund. I do not refund by money order, so you must have a checking or paypal account.
We do not refund return shipping except for certain exceptions.
If you received the wrong plant, we do replace if we are able, and refund if we are not. Our small garden has to be dug and replanted periodically and stray pieces do start growing again where they shouldn't be.
As for our own registrations, we will try to work with you on loss, but only for one year. After that, we can not replace them.
